Nanoscience Instruments announces Nanosurf AFM sample kit

Phoenix, AZ - Nanoscience Instruments today introduces a new sample kit for Atomic Force Microscopes (AFM). The Nanosurf AFM Sample Kit is designed to aid in the development and implementation of instructional AFM curriculum and lab courses. Although designed for use with Nanosurf AFM's, the kit can also be used in conjunction with any AFM system.

Included in the AFM Sample Kit are ten samples, sample handling tools, and an extensive manual. The pre-mounted samples cover a range of disciplines including physics, chemistry, biology, and engineering and also serve to highlight diverse elements of the AFM. The manual can be used as a support for curriculum development and also as an in-class guide. The comprehensive manual contains guidelines for imaging each sample, tips for identifying important features, and information on each sample's origins and properties.
