500th easyScan STM delivered at Seton Hall University
Seton Hall, NJ – Nanoscience Instruments delivered
the 500th easyScan STM system to the physics department
at Seton Hall. The instrument will be used for undergraduate
instruction and research.
This a very proud achievement for both Nanosurf and Nanoscience
Instruments. The 500th STM is a testament to the popularity
of the easyScan STM system, and its success around the
world.
