New high-quality, low cost AFM probes available
from Nanoscience Instruments
PHOENIX, AZ – Nanoscience Instruments, Inc. announces
the availability of the Budgetsensors line of AFM probes
in North America.
The new high quality AFM tips are microfabricated from monolithic
silicon, providing consistent, high quality probes. They
have a tip radius of better than 10 nm, and tip cone angle
of 10° at the apex, providing exceptional resolution.
Cantilevers are available for popular modes of operation,
with a range of cantilever spring constants and resonant
frequencies. The probes are compatible with all commercial
AFMs that use industry standard AFM chips, including Digital
Instruments, TM Microscopes, Molecular Imaging, JEOL, and
others.
The probes are priced significantly lower that competing
AFM probes, while maintaining the quality required by serious
AFM users.
Budgetsensors probes are manufactured in Europe by ISB -
Budgetsensors.
Nanoscience Instruments, Inc. provides technical sales
and support as a distributor of nanoscience instrumentation.
Products include AFMs, STMs, NSOMs, AFM Probes and consumables.
