Force Pulling AFM Probes

Force curve & Force pulling AFM probesAppNano HYDRA force pulling AFM probes are designed for force measurement applications in fluid. Their unique design features a very thin, low stress, rectangular silicon-nitride cantilever with a silicon tip. The extra-thin nitride lever provides a very low force constant and the silicon allows for a sharp tip with a radius of less than 10nm. An industry-standard chip design ensures compatibility with all standard AFMs.

HYDRA force pulling probes are available with either a 50 or 100µm long Si3N4 cantilever and optional gold coating on the back side. The 30 nm thick coating is for improved laser reflectivity and does not coat the tip side.
