Metallic Needle Probes

NaugaNeedles metallic needle probes are available on a wide variety of cantilevers. The metal tip is a constant diameter cylinder, and attached at a 12° angle from the tip axis. Custom angles are available - contact us for details.

Features:

Electrically conductive high aspect ratio Needles can be made up to 100 µm long (contact us for custom specifications). Needle diameter can be 50 nm - 500 nm (contact us for custom specifications). Needles can be attached at 0 - 90 degrees from tip axis. (contact us for custom specifications)

The probes are offered with Aluminum reflex on the non-tip side.
