Thiols

Our thiols enhance the sensitivity, selectivity and specificity of chemically modified gold surfaces. An alkanethiol will stick to a gold surface and form an ordered assembly with the alkyl chains packing together. We currently offer Whitesides monothiols and aromatic-dithiols in 10mg quantities. Larger quantities are available upon request.
