The Nanite is available with various sample platforms for imaging
your samples more efficiently than any other AFM.
Additionally, the AFM scanner is available without
sample mounting for those looking to custom integrate
an AFM into existing equipment.

Granite platform with
motorized scanner translation
For very large samples, a granite stage is available.
The AFM scanner is translated in 2 dimensions, while
the sample is moved in the 3rd dimension. Complete
motorized programming is available so you can image
as many locations on the sample as you wish.
Platform for automated imaging
of multiple small samples
For multiple samples, an X/Y/Z stage is available that
will allow you to script any sequence and number of
scans.
Manual stage
The Nanite head can easily be removed from the automated
stage configuration and mounted to a manual stage.

are available with your system for a variety of application
