Noncontact 3D roughness analysis

The TR Scan measures and quantifies surface roughness and topography with unrivaled precision and speed. The TR Scan uses new technology to acquire 3 dimensional surface data, digital holographic microscopy (DHM). This is a new non contact technique used to quickly inspect surfaces down to the nanoscale.

The TR Scan is designed with the end-user in mind. The instrument features a simple and clean graphical user interface. A full suite of 2D and 3D image analysis tools are available for comprehensive data analysis and automated reporting.

Additionally, the system is fast - the TR Scan measures surfaces in a fraction of a second and is therefore vibration insensitive.

One of the TR Scan’s unique features is its ability to analyze reflective surfaces such as polished mirrors.
