Trimos® NanoWare

Trimos® NanoWare Software is offered in various versions to suit the needs & budgets of individual users.

Following standards are already integrated into the
Trimos® NanoWare: ISO (4287, 4288, 11562, 1101, 12085, 13563, etc.), French standards NF, the manufacturer’s standard CNOMO, ASME (B46.1) and DIN standards; the same is valid for 3D parameters of surface finish of the outcoming ISO 25178 standard series.

Trimos® NanoWare LT

Basic module for the analysis of profile measurements
in 2D. It is extremely simple to use and it includes the
important functions for checking surface finishes.

Trimos® NanoWare XT

Complete module for the analysis of profile measurements in 2D. This module includes all functions which are expected from demanding professional software.

Trimos® NanoWare STT

Basic module for all instruments having 3 measuring axes. It includes all functions needed to analize profiles and surface finish according to ISO 25178.

Trimos® NanoWare XTT

Most demanding software in functionality and analysis
requirements for surface structure. This module
completes the version STT in an intelligent way and
contains all functions of module XT for 2D analysis.

Trimos® NanoWare Pro

The most complete version in terms of characteristics of
surface finish in 2D and 3D available on the market. This
module integrates 15 years of experience in the field of
