Small Sample Heater
Temperature Control for Small Measurement Samples
The Nanosurf Temperature Controller and Small Sample Heater provide a convenient way to control the temperature of your samples before or during measurements. The Sample Heater replaces the Sample Holder as sample mount and allows heating of samples from room temperature up to 120°C. The temperature can be set manually on the controller, or via the supplied PC software (requires a USB connection). Temperature setpoints, temperature ramps and temperature cycles can also be programmed into the controller.
