The Functionality you need

The Nanite system provides a wide range of imaging modes
to deliver the data you need in the most efficient manner
possible. Dynamic mode, contact mode, phase contrast,
force modulation, magnetic force and electric force
data are all possible. Additionally, customized functionality
(such as nanolithography) is possible with the Nanosurf
scripting interface. |
| |
High Resolution

A high resolution scanner option gives you the ability
to resolve nm-size structures, atomic steps, and measure
angstrom level roughness.
|
| |
Large Scan Range

The Nanite's large scanner
allows scan sizes up to 110 microns. The very large
22 micron Z range allows imaging of very rough surfaces
and samples with a large radius of curvature. |
| |
Choose your configuration

The Nanite can be provided
with an automated stage for small or for large samples.
Additionally, the Nanite head can be purchased without
any motorized platform for custom applications. The
quick-release mount allows you to easily integrate
the AFM into your own stage or mounting mechanism. |
| |
Affordability
The Nanite system is an incredible
value. The advanced functionality and time-saving features
are available at a price much less than other "automated"
AFM systems. Additionally, financing/lease options are
available. |

Automated analysis & reporting

The included Nanosurf® Report software
allows you to easily create templates that auto-generate powerful, attractive reports
for all of your routine processing and analysis.
You'll become more efficient while easily and effectively
communicating your results with your colleagues.
