Q-Control Specifications


The Q-Control module is available in three different versions:

Q-Control I I: 95 kHz - 500 kHz Standard Tapping Mode
Q-Control II I: 100 kHz - 500 kHz
II: 20 kHz - 100 kHz 		Standard Tapping Mode

Q-Control III I: 100 kHz - 500 kHz
II: 20 kHz - 100 kHz
III: 7 kHz - 20 kHz		 Standard Tapping Mode
Magnetic / Electrostatic Force Microscopy
Liquid Tapping Mode

All versions are available either with general purpose BNC-connectors or with special connectors compatible with NanoScope scanning probe microscopes from Digital Instruments / Veeco:

  • The BNC-versions require an external power supply (+/-15 Vdc).
