Silicon Nitride AFM Probes and Probe Arrays for Bio, Fluid, and Soft Imaging Applications

The selection of HYDRA-series AFM probes includes models for soft contact mode imaging in air or fluid, soft dynamic mode imaging in fluid, and force pulling applications in fluid. They feature low stress silicon-nitride cantilevers that are either V-shaped or rectangular. All models are available with a sharp silicon tip, while a few can be ordered without tips. Bio-SC arrays allow users to functionalize multiple probes at once.
