Where is product X that I used to purchase on your webstore? In order to maintain the best quality for the best prices, we occasionally replace items with other brands. If you cannot find a product you are used to purchasing, please call for the recommended replacement.
Can I order by phone? Yes! Please call us toll-free (if you are in the US or Canada) at 888-777-5573 and say you would like to place an order. International callers please use +1 480 940 3940. We are happy to take credit card orders by phone.
Can I use a Purchase Order? For approved Universities, colleges, and companies, we do accept Purchase Orders by fax (+1 480-940-3941) Please call if you have questions.
Can I order if I am not in the U.S.A.? Yes! All AFM probes and accessories listed are available anywhere in the world unless your country has export restrictions against it. We routinely ship our products to Europe and Asia. Call +1 480-940-3940 or email sales@nanoscience.com for further details.
How do I return a product? If the packaging has not been opened, we can take returns for up to 30 days beyond the ship date. If you feel a product is defective contact us at 888-777-5573 or +1 480-940 -3940 and ask to speak with technical support. You can also email us at support@nanoscience.com.
Did my item ship? Probably.... However, you can easily check the status of an order by logging into your account and checking your order status. You can log in at the top of the page or click "account" if you've already logged in.
Do you carry products not listed on the web store? Yes. We have custom probes that may not be listed, or new items that have not made their way into our database. Feel free to call or email about any product you'd like, but is not here.
Will you charge tax on my order? If you reside in the state of Arizona, we must add an 9.3% sales tax unless you can provide a tax exempt certificate. "Residence" applies to the billing address only. If you are a purchasing organization based in Arizona for an out-of-state company, please provide your reseller's certificate to us via fax. (480-940-3941, Attn: Purchasing)
How much do you charge for shipping and/or insurance? When you check out, you will be able to choose a shipping method and the cost will be shown for each of these. Insurance is automatically included in the shipping cost.
When will you ship my order? If the order is received by 3pm Mountain Standard Time (5pm Eastern time/2pm Pacific time) in-stock orders will ship that same day. When you receive the order will depend upon the method you use for shipping. You'll receive an email telling you that the item has shipped, along with a link to track the shipment.
Do you provide free evaluation samples? On many products we do. Send us an email (sales@nanoscience.com) or call with any requests.
