To offer more R&D possibilities, we now have a high tech 65 mm wide cast film line with dedicated temperature control. This will guarantee a more controlled process and larger test samples for testing of optical, mechanical and/or barrier properties.
Xplore Micro Cast Film Line CFL 35

This micro cast film line is based on Xplore’s proprietary technology. In combination with our micro compounder, it is now possible to obtain cast film with just 5 g of material in 10 minutes. In this way, material need and development time is drastically reduced, and considerably less R&D budget is needed.

This innovation enables you to obtain mono or multi-filament fibers from small amounts of material in 10 – 15 minutes. Material need and development time are drastically reduced, and considerably less R&D budget is needed.
