Force tensiometers enable precise characterization of a number of material properties. Analysis of surface and interfaction tension, powder wettability, dynamic contact angles, critical micelle concentration, density, sedimentation and adhesion provides valuable information on the interactions between gas, liquid and solid phases. The interaction between these phases plays a key role in studying surfactant development, adhesion, formulation development, absorption, and wettability.
